Are you Anxious? Does your Child have Anxiety?
We have things we believe that aren't necessarily true,
its our B..S. (belief system)
We live our lives according to what we believe
even if it isn't true.
Ex: some of us were told as kids to clean our plates because children were starving in Africa or even China.
So we grow up with eating disorders because we HAVE to clean our plates and we don't even remember why.
"Man is not worried by real problems so much as by his imagined anxieties about real problems"
Anxiety is rampant in our schools and with our youth.
How are you dealing with your anxiety?
My goal as a coach is to bring out the best in you
your charity work
deal with your anxiety
Direct your own path, write your own story.
Take charge of your thoughts and define your own life.
Everybody has a story,
What is yours?

Put Coaching in the Subject line
I knew I needed a new life, things had to change. I felt like Laurie was like a spiritual midwife, helping me supporting me while I did the HARD work. I couldn't have done it alone.
I have known Laurie for over twenty years. She has been a very dear friend.
She is a person who genuinely cares--the real deal.
Laurie listens in a way that taps into one's desire to be known.
When it is time to respond to one's story, Laurie is prepared to ask probing questions
that put words to deeply-felt passions.
Laurie helped me to bring clarity to the passion that I was struggling to define.
She helped me to break down my messy ideas into the action steps
needed to make my dreams a reality. The results of our journey together were amazing!
I never imagined that I would be able to engage with hundreds of people through retreats, seminars, teaching, and authoring a book!
Choosing Laurie as a coach is wisely accepting the guidance of a woman who is committed to
helping her clients become all each of them was meant to be.
Precious Atchison, M.A.
I would recommend working with Laurie, she has great insight, strength and actually cares about others. She is trustworthy, asks the tough questions and listens, not to just give an answer but to really understand.
I worked with Laurie for several months to work through some personal issues. I learned a lot about myself and how to handle what life throws at you. I finally understood it was okay to say no, and not internalize. It was the most freeing realization to learn to trust my instincts and to stand on my own. She helped me believe in and to trust in myself again. I am a more centered person because of working with Laurie.
If you are ready to make a change but don’t know how to get started Laurie is the perfect person to help you out. She offers the perfect amount of support, encouragement and spiritual guidance in a totally non-judgmental, safe environment to help you do the work needed so that you can make forward progress toward your goals. I can personally recommend Laurie as a life coach who actually walks the walk instead of just talking the talk.
